Terms & Conditions *


In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:-

"You” and “Exhibitor” means  the person, company or other organisation to whom space at the Fair has been allocated
“The Organisers” and “We” means Wed in Waikato
“OWD” means One Wonderful Day
“Site” means one or more site(s) comprising of space at One Wonderful Day
“The Fair” means One Wonderful Day held at the Atrium at Wintec House on Saturday 11 May 2019.  


1.1 All applications will be considered by The Organisers however they are entitled to decline any application.  


2.1 Full payment of the invoice is due from you within 15 days of the date of the invoice. All fees must be paid in full in advance of The Fair. Payment can be made to ASB 12-3122-0292885-01.  Account name ‘Wed in Waikato’.  

2.2 Once payment is made there will be no refunds issued if You cancel.  Cancellation must be received by The Organisers in writing.  

2.3 In the event OWD does not proceed, the liability of The Organisers will be limited to only the refund of deposits or site fees paid.

2.4 Site fees do not include any tables, chairs or other items.  The sites are an empty space and designed for you to build your own site.


3.1 You shall not be entitled to occupy any site space unless full payment has been received. 

3.2 The Organisers will allocate site space at The Fair.  The Organisers reserve the right to alter the floor plan and/or relocate any Exhibitor before or during The Fair. 

3.3 The dimensions of the exhibition spaces available, as shown on the floor plan, are believed to be accurate, but are provided as an indication only and are warranted only to be approximate.    

3.4 You may not subcontract any site space, it is to be used only by the business approved via application.


4.1 All exhibits must be completely set up by 10.45am on Saturday 11 May 2019 before the doors open at 11am.  Pack down must not take place before 4pm, and must be completed by 6pm on Saturday 11 May 2019.  All items from your site must be removed by you.      

4.2 Parking for loading and unloading is available in the Atrium carparking building.

4.3 The Organisers reserve the right to inspect and exclude any exhibit.

4.4 The site space must be used solely by the Exhibitor and may not be subleased, licensed or occupied by any other person, company or other organisation. .


5.1 No sign nor publicity or promotional material may be displayed by the Exhibitor outside the allocated site space of the Exhibitor. 

5.2 The Exhibitor may not display or promote any business other than that of the Exhibitor. 

5.3 The Exhibitor will comply with all instructions of The Organisers and The Atrium in relation to fire, health and safety. 

5.4 The Exhibitor will not obstruct any aisles or common areas. 

5.5 You will be liable for any damage caused to The Atrium by you, your employees, contractors and/or co-exhibitors. The following must not be used on building walls and floors nor provided stand equipment: nails, screws, or fasteners of any kind, paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating.


5.1 The Organisers shall not accept responsibility for any claims for loss, damage or theft to any persons or property. We strongly recommend that all exhibitors have adequate insurance.

5.2 The Exhibitor indemnifies The Organisers in respect of any and all claims arising from death, bodily injury or damage to property caused by, arising out of, or in any way connected with the participation of the Exhibitor at The Fair. 


6.1 It is your responsibility to bring these Terms and Conditions to the attention of your employees, co-exhibitors and contractors and to ensure they abide by these Terms and Conditions.


7.1 You agree that any photographs or video taken at The Fair by The Organisers, visitors, the press and other media may be used by The Organisers for publicity and promotional material. 


8.1 The Organisers reserve the right to amend/alter these terms and conditions at any time. 

8.2 In the case of any disputes arising, whether provided for within these Terms and Conditions or not, the decision of The Organisers shall be final.
